Our History
Comey & Shepherd was founded in 1946 as a downtown commercial brokerage, managing a host of properties around downtown, including the Carew Tower. Through the years, the company remained active in a variety of development projects downtown, in addition to expansion into a variety of markets throughout Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky. Today Comey & Shepherd is the oldest locally owned brokerage which boasts locations in many of the neighborhoods of the area, and serves all residents from suburban Cincinnati to Northern Kentucky.
